Terms of Service

Bookings are confirmed by email or via the booking system once payment or a coaching agreement is in place. Every coaching relationship begins with an initial assessment before programme design starts.

Cancellation: please give as much notice as possible so the slot can be re-offered. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the session at the practitioner's discretion.

Health screening: all clients complete a brief health questionnaire before the first session. We may decline coaching where the screen identifies risks outside the scope of this practice, and refer you to a medical practitioner where appropriate.

Liability: Supertraining is a coaching practice, not a medical service. Coaching is not a substitute for medical advice; please consult your GP for any clinical concern.

The contracting entity for all bookings and coaching agreements is Supertraining Global Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16316470).

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
