Lizi Brooke
Performance Coach
Lizi Brooke, known on the racing circuit as The Ginger Ninja, is a five-time Ironman champion, a pro gravel cyclist, National 100-Mile Time Trial Champion, and National Hill Climb podium finisher. Her record also spans multiple Time Trial wins, professional cycling race victories, and Hill Climb titles. Most recently, she competed in the HYROX Pro category as part of a focus on building strength before having a baby.
After sixteen years of coaching and racing worldwide, she now brings that passion for performance and purpose to helping riders build strength and stay injury-free. She also studied a degree in Osteopathy, which informs her understanding of how the body moves and loads under stress; at Supertraining she applies that knowledge to coaching rather than clinical treatment. Coaching cyclists while being a competitive cyclist herself is at the heart of what makes the approach work: the cues, the programming, and the conversations all come from someone who has done it at the sharp end.
